ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನೀತಿ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
